If the order included a digital item which can be downloaded, you will receive a personalized link for the download. There is no download limit; you’ll always have access to it. Please keep this email as a receipt for the products ordered.<\/p>\n

All customized products, such as trailers, custom-built tiny houses, customized plans, etc. are not refundable. It is indeed hard to sell a custom item to someone else because we all have unique needs and tastes.<\/p>\n

It is possible to return all non-custom and downloadable products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@habitationsmicro.com<\/a> by explaining the situation. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make a claim. We reserve the right to refuse a return.<\/p>\n
